## Description

PassivePlace, founded by architect Elrond Burrell, is dedicated to enhancing people's lives and well-being through the creation of stunning, sustainable, and high-performance architecture. With a focus on residential projects, the company utilizes the internationally recognized Passive House standard and design methodology to deliver exceptional results. Many houses in New Zealand suffer from issues such as poor indoor air quality, inadequate insulation, and extreme temperature variations. However, PassivePlace is determined to change that. Their energy-efficient and environmentally conscious designs ensure excellent indoor air quality, draft-free interiors, and comfortable temperatures year-round. As a result, homeowners not only enjoy a higher quality of life but also benefit from significantly lower power bills and reduced CO2 emissions. PassivePlace collaborates closely with clients to design their dream homes or retrofit existing ones. Additionally, their team of specialists offers consulting services to help other architects and designers achieve Passive House standards and sustainable design outcomes. With their expertise in timber construction, environmental materials, and low-carbon design, PassivePlace is committed to creating innovative and eco-friendly architectural solutions. Contact them today to discuss your project and experience the transformative power of high-performance architecture.
