## Description

Pastel Today is an art-focused publication and online resource for artists interested in working with pastel. Its central offering is a free monthly newsletter featuring tips, tools, and techniques from leading pastel artists. The website extends that learning experience with articles on materials, supplies, color, plein air painting, art history, and the creative approaches of established artists. Readers can also explore the Pastel Podcast and find inspiration through coverage of artists and their work.

Pastel Today connects its audience with a wider range of art education and events, including Pastel Live, an online art event, and other programs listed through its events and resources section. The site also highlights art competitions and related resources, alongside publications and instructional offerings from its broader network. Visitors can browse recent stories, subscribe to the newsletter, and follow the brand on social media. Pastel Today is a trademark of Streamline Publishing, Inc., and serves artists seeking practical guidance, ideas, and ongoing inspiration for developing their pastel practice.
