## Description

Pastosa Ravioli is a renowned brand with a rich history of providing customers with superior Italian delicacies for over 50 years. It all began in 1966, when Anthony G. Ajello, a former salesman for Polly-O Italian Cheese Company, decided to open his own store in Brooklyn, New York. His passion for high-quality ricotta and mozzarella led him to create a store where customers could indulge in fresh ravioli filled with the finest ingredients. As the demand grew, Anthony opened a larger store in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, which became a landmark in the area. Today, Pastosa Ravioli boasts twelve individually owned and operated stores throughout the New York and New Jersey region, offering a wide range of Italian specialty products, including ravioli, pasta, sauces, cheeses, cured meats, and more. Their commitment to using only the best ingredients remains unwavering, allowing customers to enjoy the authentic taste of Italian tradition. Visit Pastosa Ravioli and experience the essence of New York's finest Italian cuisine.
