The Pathfinder Foundation is an independent and non-partisan think tank based in Sri Lanka, with a strong global network of partners. Since its establishment in 2008, the foundation has been dedicated to policy research and action-oriented policy reform. Led by its founder, Milinda Moragoda, the Pathfinder Foundation has built a wide network of international and local partners and stakeholders over the years.
