The Patient Navigator Training Collaborative is a national leader in the education and development of the patient navigation workforce. Our program offers a comprehensive range of patient navigation curricula, with courses tailored to both new and experienced navigators and supervisors. These courses are available in various formats, including face-to-face, online, eLearning, and special-topic webinars.

Our team includes content and training experts who are patient navigators, educators, nurses, and medical experts, ensuring high-quality and relevant training. We also offer consultation services to transform healthcare systems through innovative, evidence-based approaches, ultimately improving patient outcomes and satisfaction while reducing costs.

Partnered with reputable organizations such as the University of Colorado, Denver Prevention Training Center, Denver Health and Hospital Authority, and Red Rocks Community College, we have a strong foundation built on expertise and experience. Our program is funded through fee-for-service trainings, project-specific contracts, and various grants, with past support from the Colorado Health Foundation and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Ultimately, our goal is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for patient navigators to excel in various healthcare settings, making a significant impact on patient care.
