PatientView, a renowned brand in the healthcare industry, has now transitioned into Patients Know Best (PKB). This shift only impacts patients in England and Wales who were previously using PatientView. If you fall into this category, rest assured that you can still access your test results through PKB.

All current PV users in these regions have already received invitations to register for PKB. In order to continue viewing your test results, simply visit PKB's website or reach out to your kidney center for assistance. For missing or delayed test results, it is recommended to contact your local kidney center PKB coordinator for the most efficient resolution.

Patients in Scotland and Northern Ireland, although the transition to PKB is taking longer in these areas, your test results are still being processed and acted upon as usual. Upon completion of their processes, you will receive an invitation to join PKB. In case you don't receive any communication about PKB in the next four weeks, please ensure your kidney center has the correct address for you.

We apologize for the temporary break in service and appreciate your patience. Once you have successfully joined PKB, any data-related queries can be directed to your local kidney center PKB coordinator. PKB offers the convenience of sending messages to your coordinator through its platform.
