## Description

Patra Health is a women’s health brand focused on helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with personalized, practical support. Its digital program uses brief daily check-ins to help users notice changes in symptoms, energy, sleep, and mood, identify patterns over time, and receive guidance tailored to their experiences. The plan adapts as a user’s body changes and is designed to fit everyday life without requiring devices or extensive tracking.

Patra also aims to connect women with peers who understand this transition. The company is developing small, expert-supported cohorts lasting three to twelve weeks, with topics including sleep, weight and metabolism, mood, energy, joint health, and hot flashes. The program is being offered through an early-access beta for iOS and Android, with a limited founding-member opportunity.

Created with input from women and healthcare professionals, Patra was founded by Petra Lindquist, a former ICU nurse with experience in women’s health and digital health, and Lynda Greenberg, a digital innovation and customer experience leader.
