Paws of Honor is a non-profit brand that provides veterinary care and products at no charge for retired military and law enforcement K9s across America. These K9 heroes, who have served our country locally or globally, deserve accessible and high-quality veterinary care in recognition of their commitment and sacrifice. Retired working dogs often experience health issues such as arthritis and separation anxiety, requiring additional care and pain management.

Unfortunately, once they retire, all benefits, including veterinary care and dog food, cease. This financial burden places the responsibility on the officer/handler/owner. Paws of Honor aims to alleviate this burden by partnering with select veterinarians, veterinary supply distribution companies, dog food companies, and drug manufacturers.

Through charitable contributions from private and corporate partners, they provide services and products for retired K9s at zero cost to the handler. Currently, these services and products are available at veterinary partners such as the Old Dominion Animal Health Center and Hudson Animal Hospital.
