## Description

Paxxi is a Greek cooking and recipe brand created by Eirini Zevelaki, a self-taught cook and mother who shares recipes she has tested at home. Its goal is to help more people prepare enjoyable, quality home-cooked food with straightforward instructions and accessible ingredients, without requiring special equipment or extensive time. The website features a broad collection of recipes for everyday meals and special occasions, including meat dishes, seafood, pasta, vegetables, soups, salads, snacks, and traditional Greek food. Sweet offerings range from cakes, tarts, biscuits, and pastries to frozen desserts, while breakfast ideas, drinks, school snacks, and seasonal recipes round out the selection. Paxxi also includes options for fasting and vegan cooking, as well as ideas for celebrations such as weddings and christenings. Alongside its recipe library, the brand publishes cooking videos and new episodes each week on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Through its website, social channels, and newsletter, Paxxi encourages cooks of all experience levels to make fresh food and enjoy the creativity and connection of sharing a meal.
