## Description

PBE is a dedicated organization committed to improving wellbeing across the UK by leveraging rigorous economic analysis to support charitable causes. Established in 2009, amidst the global financial crisis, PBE was founded by economists Andy Haldane and Martin Brookes to bridge the gap between social concerns and economic expertise. The brand specializes in providing data analysis, advocacy, consultancy, and workshops focused on various critical issues such as mental health, poverty, housing, and inequality.

PBE's mission is to harness analytical expertise to enable charities, funders, and policymakers to collectively address and eliminate the causes and consequences of low wellbeing. They offer valuable services including economic analysis, insights into social challenges, and facilitation of impactful partnerships. By working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, PBE ensures that solutions are informed by a multitude of voices, empowering organizations to better understand and measure their impact. With a focus on evidence-based insights, PBE is determined to drive sustainable, positive change in society, making a significant difference for individuals and communities in need.
