PCRC, the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center, has been dedicated to improving communication, community engagement, and conflict resolution in San Mateo County for over 30 years. Originally formed by concerned residents, PCRC has grown into an organization that serves thousands of residents yearly. With a team of 13 staff members and over 100 passionate volunteers, PCRC provides a range of services including mediation, facilitation, training, and coaching.

The team consists of individuals from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds, ensuring the ability to offer multilingual and multicultural-centered services to meet the diverse needs of the county. All staff members are highly trained in mediation and facilitation. Led by Executive Director Malissa Netane-Jones and supported by a dedicated leadership team, including Associate Director Celia Benavides and Director of Programs Monique WrightGory, PCRC is committed to making a positive impact in the community.
