ClearSpring is PD INC International’s cloud platform for Department of War-aligned research, development, testing, and evaluation. Designed as a GovCloud-like service purpose-built for mission engineering, it brings DevSecOps tools and secure testing capabilities together in a DISA-authorized environment. Its SaaS offerings include CI/CD pipelines, identity and access management, security scanning, packet capture, secrets management, log aggregation, and integration testing.

The platform is operationalized through the DISA Capability Factory, PD INC’s DoWIN-replica lab, which has operated since 2012 and supports rapid capability testing with cleared engineering staff and reusable security patterns. Its ACCIDENT automation turns engineering activity into RMF evidence, including SSP fragments, POA&Ms, eMASS-ready materials, incident-response records, and compliance traceability. ClearSpring is intended to help teams begin engineering sooner and reduce authorization burdens through inherited patterns, while recognizing that applicability depends on the mission, data, boundary, and sponsor. PD INC offers mission-fit working sessions to scope use cases, define success criteria, and plan pilots, environment stand-up, testing, and deployment.
