## Description

Peace by Piece Counselling is a counselling practice in Kamloops, British Columbia, led by professional counsellor Dana Goodman. It provides a warm, safe and supportive setting where individuals and couples can address life’s challenges, build resilience and work toward healing and personal growth. Goodman’s approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices within a person-centred framework, with practical tools clients can use in daily life.

The practice offers counselling for anxiety and depression, grief, spiritual concerns, relationship challenges and life transitions. Sessions addressing anxiety and depression aim to help clients restore balance and move toward a more fulfilling life. Grief counselling provides compassionate guidance through loss and supports clients as they seek meaning again. Spiritual counselling draws on faith and Christian perspectives to support people experiencing pain and hardship.

Peace by Piece Counselling emphasizes empathy, understanding and encouragement throughout the counselling process. Clients are invited to take steps toward healing and growth at their own pace.
