## Description

Peace to Perform is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses basketball to help student-athletes develop identity, character, leadership, and faith. Its mission is to equip young people to lead with discipline and purpose, both on and off the court, while supporting schools, teams, and underserved communities.

The organization offers team workshops, school assemblies, and international outreach. These programs focus on building a positive team culture and encouraging Christ-centered leadership. Peace to Perform also invites schools and teams to partner with it and offers workshops for groups seeking to strengthen athletes’ confidence and personal growth.

The organization reports reaching more than 5,000 young people and inspiring over 100,000 moments. Its outreach includes work in Africa and the Philippines. Participant feedback highlights increased confidence, resilience, and leadership as benefits of its programming. Through donations, participation, and partnerships, Peace to Perform aims to foster supportive environments where athletes can grow beyond the game. Its work brings together basketball, personal development, and faith to encourage lasting impact in the lives of young people and their communities.
