## Description

Pedalix is a Zürich-based software company helping software businesses make practical decisions about artificial intelligence and turn them into working systems. It serves founders, CEOs and boards, particularly at companies with 20 to 500 employees. Led by Marc and Valentin, with Ivan as lead engineer, Pedalix combines strategic guidance with hands-on implementation and knowledge transfer, aiming to leave clients more capable rather than dependent on ongoing support.

Its services include the AI Strategy Lab, a one-day leadership program that produces prioritized AI initiatives, decisions about what not to pursue, and a 90-day plan with owners and metrics. Pedalix also delivers custom software, product sprints, go-to-market transformations, assessments and practical workshops using clients’ own materials and systems. Its engineering work includes coding agents designed to operate within a client’s environment, with controls such as review processes, audit trails and Swiss or EU hosting.

Pedalix has also developed Coach Aven, a Slack-based coding agent, and Teklens, a shared product knowledge platform connecting conversations, Jira and code.
