Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, PA. They are dedicated to providing therapeutic horseback riding programs and equine-assisted activities for individuals with disabilities, diagnoses, and those in at-risk populations. As the city's only full-time therapeutic riding program, Pegasus seeks to improve the quality of life for their program participants and their families.

Led by PATH-certified instructors, Pegasus offers over 100 lessons per week, helping riders improve muscle strength, flexibility, motor skills, communication, mental focus, and self-esteem. They also provide specialized programs such as an autism program, a 6-week summer program, a Back In the Tack program, and an unmounted equine facilitated learning program. Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy is a Premier Accredited Center of the Professional Association for Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH International) and a member of the PA Council on Therapeutic Horsemanship.

They operate on Fairmount Park Property and have both indoor and outdoor areas, allowing them to provide year-round therapeutic riding services. To support their mission, Pegasus encourages volunteerism, horse sponsorship, and donations to help maintain and expand their programs.
