## Description

Pekin Hardy Strauss Wealth Management is an independent, employee-owned investment firm based in Chicago. Founded as a family business, it has helped clients navigate changing markets for nearly three decades. The firm combines personalized service with disciplined, Warren Buffett-style value investing, aiming to support clients’ long-term financial goals.

Its services include financial planning, investment management, and individualized support. Advisors work closely with clients to understand their circumstances, priorities, and values, then develop customized financial plans and portfolios. The investment team conducts proprietary fundamental research, assessing economic conditions, industries, companies, and valuations. Its approach emphasizes patience, a long-term outlook, and investing in high-quality companies believed to be undervalued, with attention to downside risk and potential value creation.

Pekin Hardy Strauss also offers impact investing and resources on financial planning, investing, and markets. As an independent fiduciary, the firm says it endeavors to act in clients’ best financial interests. Its collaborative service is designed to help clients respond to both market cycles and changes in their personal financial lives.
