## Description

Plymouth and Exeter Methodist District (PEMD) comprises nearly 200 churches in Devon, Somerset, and parts of Cornwall, forming 17 Circuits with over 7,500 Methodist Church members. An average of 5,500 individuals worship in these churches each Sunday. PEMD collaborates with Churches Together in Devon, Somerset, and Cornwall, forging partnerships with Christians across the region. Recently, Rev. Dr. Dan Haylett was welcomed as the new Chair of District in a warm ceremony at St Thomas Methodist Church, Exeter. The event, graced by various dignitaries and church officials, celebrated Dan's induction into District life. Greetings from the Diocese of Exeter, Salvation Army, and other esteemed figures highlighted the occasion. PEMD fosters a sense of community, spiritual growth, and embraces transformational conversations. Join us in our mission of faith and service.
