PenFlorida District Council is a Pentecostal agency of worship, evangelism, fellowship, and discipleship serving the peninsula of Florida from the Suwanee River to the Atlantic Ocean. They also extend their services to churches in the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands. With over 300 churches and more than 1300 ministers, PenFlorida aims to train and credential ministers, plant churches, and ensure the health of existing congregations.

They work diligently to increase their US missions and world missions outreach. The district leadership consists of elected executive officers and elected presbyters who provide visionary leadership and oversight. Assemblies of God churches adhere to the fundamental truths, including the inspiration of Scriptures, the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, the salvation of man, and divine healing, among others.
