# PennArBed JJB - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `pennarbedjjb.fr` ## Description PennArBed JJB is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club established in 2008, affiliated with the CFJJB and the FFL. The club introduces students to a martial art focused on controlling opponents through technique, including the ability to overcome physically stronger adversaries. Its instruction is led by experienced practitioners offering classes for different levels and areas of focus. Axel Prenveille, a Jiu-Jitsu black belt, teaches beginners; Laurent Lejeune, a Jiu-Jitsu and Nihon Taï-jitsu black belt, leads advanced classes; and Stéphane Perrot, a Jiu-Jitsu brown belt and judo black belt, teaches takedowns. PennArBed JJB trains at Gymnase de Kermadec on Rue Lucie Sanquer in Le Relecq-Kerhuon and at Gymnase Dupouy on Rue Général Archinard in Brest’s Bellevue area. The club’s competition record includes a 2016 European championship title for Xavier Leroux, a 2015 French championship runner-up result for Guillaume Simon, and a 2015 King of the Mat title for Leroux.
