## Description

Introducing "65+ Σταθμοί Μας" - a groundbreaking project aimed at combating ageism and promoting the visibility of individuals aged 65+ in society. Our mission is to foster a more inclusive and accepting community for seniors. To achieve this, we have carefully designed a series of initiatives. 

Firstly, we will conduct immersive workshops in 10 Friendship Clubs in Athens, where participants above the age of 65 will have the opportunity to share and process their common and individual experiences, thoughts, emotions, and life stories. Through this process, we aim to generate ideas and proposals for a society founded on acceptance, respect, and inclusivity.

Next, we will produce a compelling awareness-raising documentary to shed light on age discrimination, informing citizens and organizations about the rights of older individuals.

Finally, we will organize a public dialogue event in which citizens of Athens, experts, and government representatives will engage in thoughtful discussions around ageism. The ultimate goal is to inspire the creation of a society with fewer prejudices and exclusions.

Supported by the Municipality of Athens' program, "SyntAthina," our project is making a meaningful impact in breaking down barriers and promoting social equity for seniors.
