## Description

People Biz is a leadership development and business coaching brand founded in 2000 by Alicia Marie, PCC. Drawing on her business background and leadership expertise, Alicia works with business owners, executives, managers, and emerging leaders to strengthen how they lead and work with people. The brand’s approach centers on one-to-one coaching through guided inquiry, reflection, and candid conversation, helping clients clarify goals, recognize patterns, make confident decisions, and turn insights into practical action.

People Biz offers business coaching to support strategic clarity, structure, and sustained growth, as well as executive coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity and scale. Its leadership programs provide practical skills for guiding teams and developing organizations. These include Leading Change and Leading Change Mastery, focused on mindset and emotional intelligence, and the Language of Leadership program, which develops coaching skills. People Biz also provides training, business consulting, webinars, and learning resources. Its work is designed to help leaders build capability over time, strengthen their organizations, and create conditions in which people can do their best.
