## Description

Percap is a Swedish digital meeting and voting service developed by Percap AB for organisations holding assemblies, annual meetings and other member meetings. Its web-based platform enables participants to follow the agenda, request to speak and vote in real time, whether voting is open or secret. Participants identify themselves using Swedish Mobile BankID, helping organisers verify who is attending and maintain the voting register.

Organisers use Percap Admin, a web-based tool for creating meetings, inviting participants and managing proceedings. The service is designed to make meetings easier to run and more accessible, allowing members to take part from the meeting venue, another location or home. Participants can join through a web browser on a computer or mobile device, without installing an app.

Percap also provides an Academy and practical resources, including guides, checklists and advice on preparing for and communicating about digital meetings. Organisations can try the service free for up to five voting rights.
