Person Directed Supports is a family-owned and operated not-for-profit organization that aims to provide essential resources and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Founded in 2000, our mission is to support each individual using a person-centered planning approach. This model helps individuals with disabilities increase their personal self-determination and improve their independence.

We offer a range of services, including Community Homes, Life Sharing, Community Supports, and Behavioral Supports. Through comprehensive supports coordination and best practice treatment, we strive to help people learn, grow, and enjoy new experiences, relationships, and activities. With a focus on creating happy and meaningful lives, our goal is to provide individuals and their families with the opportunity to learn about the larger world and make decisions that contribute to the resources, joys, and traditions of the community.
