Перспективы is a partnership of charitable organizations working to improve the lives of children and adults with severe disabilities. The St. Petersburg Charitable Public Organization Перспективы has been operating in St.

Petersburg since 1996, providing support to children with severe disabilities in the fourth building of the Children's House-Boarding School No. 4 (Pavlovsk) and families raising children with severe disabilities. The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for Additional Education and Social Services Новые перспективы offers assistance and support to individuals over the age of 18.

Our goal is to provide guidance and assistance to individuals with disabilities and their families. We also work to create a more inclusive society where every person is valued and treated with dignity. Our programs include supporting children in foster care, providing assistance to families in St.

Petersburg raising children with multiple disabilities, and accompanying graduates of the Children's House-Boarding School No. 4 to various psychiatric and neurological institutions in St. Petersburg.
