Perth Glory Football Club is a prominent brand in Australian football, known for their rich history and competitive spirit. The club was established in 1996 and quickly became a force to be reckoned with in the National Soccer League. Under the charismatic leadership of coach Bernd Stange, Perth Glory reached new heights, playing in their first finals series and selling out the 25,000-capacity WACA ground. They also reached their first A-League Grand Final in 2012, narrowly missing out on victory.

Perth Glory has also made a strong impression in the FFA Cup, reaching the final twice. In 2018, under the guidance of coach Tony Popovic, the team secured their first A-League Premiership and set multiple club records. Although they fell short of claiming the Championship, it was a remarkable season.

The club's success extends to their Westfield W-League team, which reached the Grand Final in 2018/19, showcasing their talent and commitment.

Despite the challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, both the A-League and W-League teams persevered. Coaching changes were made, with Richard Garcia and Alex Epakis leading the teams. In 2022, Ruben Zadkovich took over as Head Coach, with a restructuring of the football department to further strengthen the club's foundation.
