## Description

Petal is a Mac app that helps users keep track of their remaining AI account usage and reset times while they work. Its menu bar display brings multiple accounts together in one place, with additional ways to check usage through a movable notch or desktop widgets. Users can select an account to view its limits and usage history, making it easier to monitor work and personal accounts without switching between services.

Petal supports Codex and Claude Pro or Max, with no API key required for those connections. Beta integrations can also track OpenRouter spending limits, Gemini CLI model limits, Cursor Teams extra spending, and GitHub Copilot personal spending; Grok provides a link to its usage page without automatic syncing. Petal tracks accounts users already have and does not include an AI subscription. The app reads provider usage without sending AI prompts, and account settings and usage history remain on the Mac.
