## Description

Petal Mail is Huawei’s official email service, presented as a secure and reliable option for managing email on Android devices and through desktop web browsers. Users can view, send, and receive messages using the service. The Petal Mail website also provides access to its user agreement and privacy statement, along with language options for an international audience.

Huawei announced a change to the Petal Mail app, which officially transitioned to the Email app on December 31, 2024. Following that date, Petal Mail was no longer available for download through AppGallery. People who had already installed the app could continue using it, while Huawei device owners could use the pre-installed Email app instead. Email access also remains available through the Petal Mail website in a computer browser. Huawei stated that users’ emails and personal data would not be lost as a result of the change and directs users with questions to its support contact page.
