## Description

The Diocese of Peterborough is part of the Church of England, serving communities across Northamptonshire, Rutland and Peterborough. Founded in 1541, it supports a network of parishes and churches, alongside a cathedral, a diocesan retreat house and two central offices. Its work is led by bishops and supported by synods, boards, committees, clergy, lay ministers and diocesan teams.

The Diocese helps local churches serve their communities and develop their mission.
