## Description

Petersen Games is a tabletop game publisher led by legendary designer Sandy Petersen, creator of Call of Cthulhu and a contributor to Doom and Age of Empires. For more than a decade, the company has developed games for hobbyists seeking immersive stories, distinctive mechanics, and richly detailed components. Its titles feature elements such as large miniatures, asymmetric factions, and replayable gameplay, with themes ranging from cosmic horror to science fiction and fantasy.

The catalog includes Cthulhu Wars, a strategy game centered on conflict in the Mythos, along with Cthulhu Wars Duel and expansions that add factions, maps, and other content. Other offerings include Hyperspace, Planet Apocalypse, Evil High Priest, Invasion of the Brood, 8-Bit-Attack, and Cthulhu Cuisine. Petersen Games also offers fifth-edition role-playing game expansions. Customers can shop for core games, expansion packs, and selected products without miniatures through the company’s online store. Petersen Games describes its goal as creating cinematic tabletop experiences that encourage immersion, discovery, and memorable game nights.
