# Petersskogsmaskinerse - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `petersskogsmaskiner.se` ## Description Petersskogsmaskiner.se is an informational website about Swedish forests, forestry, and the machinery used to manage and harvest timber. It introduces two central forest machines: the harvester, which fells trees, removes branches, and cuts trunks into logs, and the forwarder, which transports logs to a roadside collection point for pickup by timber trucks. The site explains how mechanized harvesting has largely replaced manual felling and made forestry work less physically demanding. Alongside machinery, Petersskogsmaskiner.se provides general information about Sweden’s forests, including their scale, composition, and role as a renewable resource. Its content describes the differences between southern deciduous forests and the coniferous forests common in the north, as well as the distinction between managed and natural forest. The site also covers the history of Swedish forestry, the use of forest machines, hydraulic harvesting heads, the Logset brand, tree species, and notable forests in Sweden. Overall, it serves as an educational resource for readers interested in forestry practices, forest equipment, and the relationship between timber production and environmental sustainability. ## Industries - 🏭 Heavy Industry and Engineering - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Environmental Science _(under Science and Education)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7YqzE7US/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792879922021) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | El Salva | #974337 | accent | | Stratos | #000531 | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | ## Fonts - Ubuntu — asset _(google)_ - Oxygen — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
