Coxinha is a delicious street food made with chopped or shredded chicken meat, covered in dough, shaped like a drumstick, and fried to perfection. In 2018, Petisco joined Smorgasburg, the largest outdoor food market in the US, and Urban Space, one of New York's most important food hall organizations. It has also opened several popup shops in partnership with Smorgasburg, expanding its reach to popular locations such as the World Trade Center, Williamsburg, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Jersey City.
