## Description

Petra Genco Fitness is a fitness and weight-loss brand focused on helping women aged 40–70, particularly those navigating menopause, build healthier routines and manage weight. Founded by Petra Genco, the brand draws on her personal experience losing 30 pounds in her 50s and her approach to working with changes in hormones and metabolism rather than relying on extreme diets or punishing exercise.

Its main offering is The Lady Change, a monthly program that includes a personalized workout plan, hormone-aware nutrition guidance and meal plans, progress tracking, accountability check-ins, weekly live sessions with Petra, and access to a private community. The workouts are designed for home use, require no equipment, and emphasize beginner-friendly, low-impact movements. Membership is offered for $37 per month, with the option to cancel anytime and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Petra also shares free educational videos on YouTube covering menopause, metabolism, nutrition, and fitness. Through its program and online content, the brand aims to support women with practical guidance and community as they pursue weight-loss and wellness goals.
