Petri is the restaurant helmed by Petter Nilsson himself, the result of years of experience from various kitchen settings around the world.

It is a welcoming establishment that values creative cooking, human warmth, and conscious and nourishing choices. Our Petrichor menu is a reflection of the season, incorporating a range of dishes from plant-based options to animal proteins and seafood. We offer several menu options, including a Carte Blanche experience, and a Friday lunch with five courses.

Our drinks menu features a curated selection of wines and beverages, with a focus on independent and artisanal producers, primarily from Europe. We offer guidance in selecting the perfect bottle to complement your meal, and also provide a non-alcoholic package of juices and infusion. Petri's wine list is proudly recommended by Star Wine List.

To make a reservation, please book in advance as we have limited availability. We recommend contacting us via email for groups larger than six people and kindly inform us of any allergies. We are open from Wednesday to Saturday, with lunch service available on Fridays.
