## Description

Painter Firearms Training Institute, LLC is a firearms training provider based in Paris, Texas, serving people seeking safe, knowledgeable, and accurate firearms instruction. The institute says it has been teaching people to shoot safely since 2009 and offers courses for individuals and small groups, as well as private instruction tailored to each student’s goals.

Its Texas Handgun License class is designed to meet Texas LTC requirements and combines four hours of classroom instruction with range time. Rental pistols are available on request, and students need 50 rounds of ammunition for the qualification. The institute also offers online license-to-carry training and online qualification services.

NRA course offerings include instruction in concealed carry, pistol, rifle, shotgun, and muzzleloader, along with instructor courses. Additional options include advanced handgun carrying skills, a basic metallic reloading course, and one-on-one or small-group private lessons. The institute lists private instruction at $60 per hour. Through a partnership with US Law Shield, it also provides access to new online training courses.
