## Description

PG SPORT™ is a sport management education brand based at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where its postgraduate programme has been offered since 2006. Known as “The Home of Sports Management,” it prepares graduates and professionals for careers in sport business, management and policy through a full-time, experiential year of study. From the 2026–27 academic year, applicants who have completed any associate degree programme may also apply, with admission based on a motivation letter, CV, interview and assessment.

The programme combines business and economics fundamentals with specialist knowledge of sport and active leisure. Participants build practical skills through the Sport Business Project, tailored internship opportunities, CV coaching, networking and team-building activities; the schedule can also be combined with elite sport. PG SPORT™ supports pathways into roles such as event manager, marketing coordinator, sponsorship coordinator, communications professional and sport policy officer. It also offers information days, personal introductory meetings and lessons, alumni events and ongoing networking. Additional offerings include expert classes in esports management and cycling management.
