## Description

PgStack is a managed platform that adds search and reliable data-change tracking to existing PostgreSQL databases. It helps teams get more from their data without migrating it, changing table structures, or operating a separate infrastructure stack. For search, PgStack combines semantic and keyword matching in hybrid queries, with data kept in sync with Postgres. Use cases include product discovery, searching knowledge bases, recommendations, and identifying duplicate support tickets or requests.

PgStack also provides an automatic audit trail, capturing database changes through PostgreSQL’s write-ahead log. Teams can add application context through ORM integrations, investigate issues using a shared history of changes, support audit and compliance work, and selectively restore data to a precise point in time. Change data can also power customer activity feeds.

The platform is serverless by default and includes capabilities such as background jobs, webhooks, and pipelines. It offers encrypted credentials and data, tenant isolation, and configurable network access.
