Psych Health Associates (PHA) provides coordinated behavioral health care for post-acute and senior care settings across Florida. Serving more than 190 facilities, the organization partners with skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care communities, as well as patients receiving care at home. Its services are delivered on-site and through telemedicine, with support tailored to each facility’s residents, workflows, and clinical needs.

PHA brings psychiatry, psychology, and behavioral health integration together through a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, counselors, behavioral health technicians, and other professionals.
