## Description

Phetradico Communication & Publishing is an organization whose work has evolved from international renewable energy promotion to research and publishing on Dutch brewing history. From 2015, it focused particularly on heat pumps and contributed to international sector development. Its notable work included organizing the 12th IEA Heat Pump Conference and carrying out HPT-Annex 46. Following the pandemic, Phetradico broadened its focus to investigate and share the history of the Netherlands’ breweries, with special attention to Amersfoort.

Its publications include “Van Amersfoortsch Beijersch tot Phoenix Brouwerij,” a book about the city’s Phoenix Brewery, and the brewery’s complete manuscript; both are available. In 2025, it published “De kunst van de verleiding” (“The Art of Seduction”), an illustrated exploration of beer, art and advertising, including Dutch brewery poster design from the nineteenth century onward. Its May 2026 title, “Amersfoort bierstad: Kwaliteit door de eeuwen heen,” examines the city’s brewing history, challenging myths with documented facts and highlighting brewers’ innovations over the centuries.
