## Description

Philip Füx is a semi-amateur, artisanal standup comedian whose performance style combines dark humour, social commentary and deliberately low-brow absurdity. He performs in both English and German and has appeared in several countries, bringing his comedy to audiences from Berlin to Bangkok. His material is presented as handmade, organic and fair-trade, using an irreverent comic persona that embraces the idea of “punching down” while inviting audiences to laugh at uncomfortable subjects. Alongside live standup, Füx creates skits and shares cathartic social observations through his online presence. He is also part of The Really Great Guys. The website lets visitors contact him and join a mailing list for occasional updates about show dates or specials, with a stated promise of no spam. His work is aimed at comedy fans drawn to provocative, sharp-edged humour and unexpected jokes, presented with a consciously DIY sensibility. The result is an unconventional comedy offering built around live performance, online skits and candid comic commentary.
