## Description

Philippe Clerc Fine Arts is an art-historical practice based in Fribourg, Switzerland, dedicated to promoting lesser-known Swiss and international artists and bringing their work to wider recognition. Through research, publications and exhibitions, it highlights artists whose paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures may be found in museums and private collections, yet remain unfamiliar to many audiences. The practice develops institutional projects and produces personal and collaborative publications, including brochures, monographs and catalogue raisonnés. It also organizes individual and thematic exhibitions and offers services to private individuals and businesses. For collectors, its services include collection inventories, advice on inventory projects and authentication. By combining research with these services, Philippe Clerc Fine Arts helps document artists’ work and present it to new audiences. Its stated mission is to encourage the rediscovery and fair recognition of artists whose contributions have received limited attention. Philippe Clerc Fine Arts Sàrl operates from Route de Beaumont in Fribourg and welcomes enquiries about its services and projects.
