Phillaw is one of the oldest privately-held law schools in the Philippines, founded in 1915 by Attys. Don Simeon and Don Ricardo Conlu Lacson. It has a rich history and was ranked 14th among the top-performing law schools in the country based on the percentage of Bar Exam passers in 2012. The institution aims to be the preferred higher learning institution for aspiring lawyers, offering a comprehensive curriculum and a conducive learning environment. Phillaw's mission is to empower working law students to achieve their highest aspirations through education and the pursuit of a Law degree. With a vision to enable its students to advance in their ongoing careers, the school is dedicated to providing quality education. The school's notable alumni include Carlos P.
