## Description

Phin Mpofu-Masamba II is a founder, fractional co-founder and AI-native builder based in Cheshire, UK. He founded V.ONE, an AI-native venture studio developing a growing portfolio of digital products and data-led services. Across its ventures, V.ONE turns untidy data into useful, independently assessed information for people and AI agents. Its projects include care-home comparisons using CQC open data, UK insolvency intelligence, services supporting technology transfer for African universities, and directories tracking special economic zones and property professionals.

Phin also works with other teams as a fractional co-founder, product lead or growth lead, offering embedded part-time support or scoped product, platform and growth projects. For ventures he believes in, he may work on a longer-term basis for a blend of fees and equity. He builds with AI agents while maintaining direct, personal communication. His work also includes speaking on community-led growth and the African Zebra Thesis, which advocates resilient, collaborative approaches to venture growth.
