## Description

Phoenix Forum is a peer advisory community for business founders in recovery, bringing together sobriety and the realities of running a company in a small, vetted setting. Founded by Andrew Lassise, the organization is designed for entrepreneurs who want to discuss business pressures and recovery openly with peers who understand both. Its forum meets monthly and emphasizes accountability, candid discussion, and practical support with leadership and business decisions. Phoenix Forum’s membership information is geared toward established founders, including those with three or more employees, and the site also describes a peer board for sober entrepreneurs at the $1 million-plus level. Prospective members can explore who belongs, how the forum works, its code of conduct, and what membership offers, then book a good-fit call or Zoom conversation. The website also provides member stories, frequently asked questions, and articles on peer advisory groups, founder isolation, business growth, and recovery. Phoenix Forum presents its service as an alternative to broader CEO groups and networking communities, centered on a trusted peer room for founders building businesses while maintaining sobriety.
