## Description

Phoenix Support Ltd is a specialist care and support provider serving Maidstone, Medway, Kent and the wider South East. For more than 30 years, the organisation has supported people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and dementia, helping them live as independently as possible at home, at work and in the community. Its services include supported living, outreach, domiciliary care, learning disability support, autism support, mental health support, and dementia care. Phoenix also offers training and consultancy to other care providers, drawing on practical experience and knowledge of best practice and current legislation.

Support is tailored to each person’s wishes, goals, choices and communication needs. Phoenix believes people should be involved in decisions about their own care, including planning and reviewing their support. The organisation employs trained support staff and emphasises quality, continuity and the wellbeing of both staff and service users. In 2025, Phoenix Support became employee-owned through an Employee Ownership Trust, with the aim of supporting long-term stability, employee involvement and continued investment in services.
