# PHTC Online - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `phtc-online.org` ## Description PHTC Online is the University at Albany Center for Public Health Continuing Education’s platform for self-paced online public health training. It provides courses designed to build knowledge and skills for public health professionals, including a free Public Health Foundations Certificate program covering core concepts and practices aligned with professional competencies. The platform also offers Orientation to Public Health, an introductory course on the public health mission, core functions, and the 10 Essential Public Health Services.
