## Description

The de Beaumont Foundation is dedicated to advancing public health in communities across the nation. Established in 1998 by entrepreneur Pierre S. Their mission focuses on improving public health through strategic policy advocacy, partnership building, and the enhancement of state and local public health systems.

The foundation creates and invests in innovative solutions designed to address health disparities and strengthen community health. Key strategies include advancing impactful policies, fostering partnerships among diverse stakeholders, and strengthening public health communication. The de Beaumont Foundation is not a traditional grant-making organization; instead, they actively engage in hands-on program development to maximize their impact.

Their work is complemented by the Vose River Charitable Fund, which collaborates on various initiatives such as The BUILD Health Challenge and CityHealth. With a commitment to systemic, sustainable change, the de Beaumont Foundation envisions a future where every individual has the opportunity to achieve optimal health.
