## Description

Phoenix Operating is the oil and gas operating division of Phoenix Energy, launched in 2023 as a wholly owned subsidiary. It focuses on domestic oil and gas development, with activity in the Williston Basin and plans to develop acreage in the Powder River and DJ Basins. Its mission is to improve operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and create lasting value for landowners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Initial drilling efforts are centered in Williams and Divide counties in North Dakota, where the company uses extended Bakken laterals designed to improve efficiency and limit surface disturbance. Its drilling program began in September 2023. Phoenix Operating reports producing wells and projects under development across locations including Alamo, Tioga, Stanley, and Shogun. The company highlights drilling performance, including lateral lengths and time to reach planned well depth, as measures of operational progress.

Phoenix Operating also shares production statistics, development updates, and information about its drilling program.
