## Description

PIC (Poolside Infrastructure Company) is an AI infrastructure company on a mission to engineer and deliver the full stack that AGI will run on — power, land, construction, compute, and cloud, built and operated as one integrated system. Founded by Eiso Kant and Jason Warner, PIC's thesis is that firm power at gigawatt scale — secured behind the meter, off the grid queue — is now the binding constraint on frontier AI development. Its flagship initiative, Project Horizon, is a gigawatt-scale AI campus on a 559-acre contiguous site in Pecos County, West Texas, with 200 MW at the first building, 1.2 GW across the campus, and first tokens expected in Q4 2027 — with a 12,000-acre long-term expansion opportunity. Backed by a team with 150+ GW of data center experience across the world's largest developers and operators, and a software-first DNA spanning power generation, modular prefabricated construction, chip-agnostic compute facilities, and a neocloud control plane, PIC is building the infrastructure the AI era runs on.
