# Pigeoncoin - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `pigeoncoin.net` ## Description Pigeoncoin is a cryptocurrency that has been part of the blockchain landscape since its launch in 2018, focusing on accessibility and decentralization. Originally a proof-of-work coin using the X16S algorithm, Pigeoncoin transitioned to the X21S algorithm, which remains the backbone of its mainnet today. After a period of dormancy, the brand is revitalizing its mission with a fresh vision for 2026, aiming to merge its cryptocurrency with Nostr technology to enable a decentralized social network empowered by masternodes. The new initiative will allow each masternode to function as a Nostr relay, fostering an infrastructure that resists censorship and control by any single entity. With its community-driven roots firmly in place, Pigeoncoin is not only aiming to remain a viable digital currency but also to provide meaningful utility that extends into social networking. As plans unfold, the community can look forward to further details about the project roadmap while engaging through various platforms like Discord and Reddit. ## Industries - 💰 Finance - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🖥 Blockchain and Cryptocurrency _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ ## Links - [github](https://github.com/Pigeoncoin) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idPB7STa2N/w/128/h/128/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1788821077726) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cornflower Blue | #6290e7 | accent | | Elephant | #102a43 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
